Places You Love, Australia’s biggest ever alliance of environment groups, commissioned Mighty Films to produce a series of films on everyday Australians looking after the places they love.
Shot around Australia, the films capture the personal stories of five environmental champions working to better the world in very different ways.
Mighty Films recently completed a suite of films for Places You Love – the biggest ever alliance of Australian environmental groups (including WWF, The Wilderness Society, Greenpeace, Australian Conservation Foundation and many more).
With a brief to capture the passion and motivations of ordinary Australians who have committed to act on climate change in a variety of ways, we shot around the country in October.
From Bondi beach to the back blocks of Yackandandah we saw some beautiful places and met a bunch of inspirational people including a Catholic grandmother who's into civil disobedience, a model-turned eco-fashion entrepreneur and a former ABC radio journalist-turned ecological agriculture guru, all working to protect the places you love.
