Dawn after a long night shoot - time for a quick selfie on the bridge before heading home.

It's not every night you get to hang out on the West Gate Bridge, but that's just what MF did over the Christmas/New Year period last summer. With traffic stopped in both directions, I was free to wander across all ten lanes at will, shooting time-lapse of resurfacing works. Luckily this kind of thing tends to happen over the summer holidays, as in winter it would be extremely unpleasant.

One of my favourite things about this job is the opportunity to go places most people can't. Call me nosey...
